The local building trades had another respectable month in June when $1,153,900 worth of building permits were issued here.
A total of $13,835,261 in permits has been awarded so far this year in Levelland.
One worth $555,000 was issued in June to Henthorn Commercial Construction.
The company is building a 2,900 square-foot office for Capital Farm Credit. It is going up on East Texas 114.
A permit valued at $270,000 was granted to Destiny Homes for a new home on Bowie Lane.
One permit worth $80,000 went to Bell Mobile Homes for a home on First Street.
