Isolated thunderstorms brought moisture to parts of the county overnight Wednesday.
The storms dumped 2 inches of rain at Long ‘S’ Gin, said employee Lettie Roberts.
Rainfall in an area around the gin varied from .90 of an inch and up, Roberts said.
As much as 3/4 of an inch of rain fell at Center Point Gin, said manager Chris Berry.
Berry was unsure of how widespread the rains were.
The storm dropped .30 of an inch of precipitation at Whitharral.
Only a trace of rain was reported at Citizens-Shallowater Co-op Gin.
A tenth of an inch of rain fell at Anton.
The Wednesday night storms brought 3/4 of an inch of moisture to Morton.
A passing thunderstorm left a trace of rain in downtown Levelland overnight Thursday.
