Indictments for theft, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and DWI were among those handed down Wednesday by a grand jury.
Brandon Lee Mosley, 25, of Smyer was indicted for aggravated assault with deadly weapon and assault/family violence.
Mosely got into an argument with his wife on April 28 about her going to work.
He allegedly kicked her in the stomach, shoved her off a porch and choked her to a point where she lost consciousness.
Mosley then tried to hit a man with a tire iron before punching him repeatedly with his fists. He knocked the man to the ground and kicked him in the mouth, knocking out several teeth and damaging others.
According to records, the assaults occurred at three locations.
Jonni Allison, 27, homeless, was indicted for fraudulent use and possession of identifying information.
