A state trooper made a startling discovery Wednesday when he stopped a pickup truck here.
The passenger, an Owl Road woman, had dozens of debit and credit cards, college IDs, blank checks, social security numbers and other personal information in her possession.
Jennifer Helen Shaut, 42, was arrested and charged with fraudulent use/possession of identifying information, 10-50 items, a second-degree felony.
Bond was set at $10,000.
The driver, a man who also had an Owl Road address, was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
