Thirty-two people were indicted here Wednesday on charges that included drug possession, burglary and driving while intoxicated.
Leslie Earl Lee, 62, of Levelland was indicted for possession of a controlled substance.
A state trooper stopped Lee for speeding Sept. 20, 2014. The defendant appeared very nervous during the stop. A baggie containing a small amount of methamphetamine was found inside the vehicle.
The grand jury indicted Magdalena L. Guillen, 40, of Levelland for criminal mischief.
A hose running from a natural gas fixture to an Avenue B home was discovered and disconnected. It was the fourth time that Atmos Energy property had been tampered with at the site, a report said.
Daniel T. Cisneros, 45, of Levelland was indicted for the same offense. A report stated that approximately $50 worth of natural gas been stolen.
Terry Lee Richardson, 32, of Levelland was indicted for credit card abuse.
Richardson was accused of using a debit card that belong to Fabiola Vidales to make unauthorized purchases.
