Concerns about ongoing delays prompted a city board Thursday to urge a contractor to hurry up on work at the Levelland Industrial Rail Park.
The Levelland Economic Development Corporation board agreed to send a letter to West Infrastructure LLC asking them to complete all of the work.
The LEDC accepted a $572,469 bid from West Infrastructure last summer for improvements in the rail park.
John Clary, LEDC executive director, said the company was supposed to have completed the project last month.
Workers built a new concrete entryway to the park on the north side. The project also includes building a road inside the park and extending a sewer line.
Clary said the company ran into weather delays, but was also involved in another project elsewhere.
