Hockley County reports one new case Tuesday

The Department of State Health Services confirmed one new case of COVID-19 to Hockley County Judge Sharla Baldridge Tuesday.

Judge Baldridge said the case involves a Levelland resident between the ages of 20 and 30 years old. She said no further information was available at this time.

The new case brings the total in Hockley County to 15, including eight Levelland residents, including one death; four Sundown residents, two Anton residents and one Ropesville resident, who has since been reported as fully recovered.
