Covenant sets up antibody testing in Levelland

Covenant Hospital has set up an antibody testing site in the parking lot of the South Plains College Allied Health building, located at 202 ClubviewDrive from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today, Monday, June 22.

Antibody testing shows if an individual has had COVID-19 previously, not currently.

Anyone with insurance, Medicare or those self-paying can be tested. The test is a blood draw and takes between 10 and 15 minutes to complete.

Testing is available on a first come, first serve basis. Patients will need to bring a copy of their insurance (if applicable), a form of payment and a photo ID.

This test is for healthy individuals. If you are feeling ill and think you may currently have COVID-19, call (806) 725-TEST. Results from the antibody tests will be available to the patient within three to four business days.

I wish I had known. I would’ve done this. Are they going to do it again?

      Staci,
We are not aware of any other dates for antibody testing in Levelland. However, there are sites in Lubbock through both Covenant and UMC.
