Two new cases reported Tuesday

Hockley County Judge Sharla Baldridge said two new cases of COVID-19 were reported Tuesday, hours after the fourth death related to COVID-19 was reported by the Department of State Health Services.

She said the two new cases involve Levelland residents, the first case involves a person between the ages of 20 and 30 years old and the second case involves a Levelland resident between the ages of 40 and 50 years old.

The new reports bring the total confirmed cases in Hockley County to 130, including 69 recoveries, 57 active cases and four deaths.
