Hockley County records 26 new recoveries, total cases at 247

Hockley County Judge Sharla Baldridge reported 26 new recoveries from COVID-19, Monday, and said five new cases were confirmed by the Department of State Health Services.

There have now been a total of 247 cases of COVID-19 reported in Hockley County, including 208 recoveries, five deaths and 34 active cases.

Judge Baldridge said the new cases involve two Levelland residents between the ages of 30 and 40 years old and 40 and 50 years old, two Sundown residents between the ages of 30 and 40 years old and 40 and 50 years old, and one Anton resident between the ages of 10 and 20 years old.
