Danny Reynaldo Davila was laid to rest December 4, under the direction of Head Duarte Funeral Home at 2 p.m. with graveside services held at 3 p.m.

Danny was born April 25, 1963, to Reynaldo and Ofelia Orosco Davila, in Levelland.

He moved from Arnett to Levelland when he was 16 years old.

He married his high school sweetheart and the love of his life, Chris Quezada on August 13, 1983, in Levelland. They have one child, Anthony.

Danny loved hanging out with family and friends, barbecuing and drinking his Bud Light.

He loved dancing, listening to Tejano music and riding his Harley. He especially loved his talks with his son.

Danny loved going to games to watch his nephews and nieces play.

He lived life to the fullest with his “Gorgeous” and loved taking trips with her.

Danny worked for Oxy Permian for many years as a production tech.

He was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church of Levelland.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ofelia Orosco Davila; and a grandson, Jaxson Davila.

He is survived by his spouse of 37 years, Christina “Chrissy” Q. Davila; son, Anthony Octavio (Venessa) Davila; father, Reynaldo Davila; sisters: Reynalda Davila and Letty (Bruno) Zapata; brothers: Felix (Marylou) Davila and Noe Davila, all of Levelland; and three grandchildren: Zackery, Katelyn and Nathan Camp of California; and 20 nieces and nephews; and 31 great nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers included: Felix Davila, Noe Davila, Joe Arriaga, Dusty Davila, Michael Mata, Christopher Zapata, Damian Bordayo and Dylan Bordayo.
