Faustino “Chico” Chairez, 33, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, December 22, at the Floydada Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday, December 21, at Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Floydada.
Faustino was born February 19, 1987, in Lockney to Faustino and Guadalupe Barcenas Chairez-Arellano.
He was a trucker for the oilfield industry and operated a hot oiler.
Faustino had many hobbies including fishing, hunting, cooking and traveling with friends.
He also loved and treasured the time he spent with his family. He was always willing to help others in need.
Faustino is survived by his wife, Amy Saucedo from Levelland; his children: Paul Saiz of Levelland, Christopher Saiz and wife, Linda, of Arizona, Elisabet Bernal of Levelland and Damian Trevino of Lubbock; his mother, Guadalupe Barcenas Chairez of Floydada; his siblings: Angelica Castruita and husband, Jose, of Woodward, Oklahoma, Pedro Chairez of Levelland, Maria Elena Chairez of Floydada, Gloria Lopez and husband, Luis, of Floydada, and Miguel Chairez and wife, Jennifer Ramirez; and his nieces and nephews: Freddie Castruita and wife, Lorena, Alex Castruita and wife, Mariah Wilson, Bryan Flores, Lydia Flores, Abimael Castruita, Luis Lopez, Paulo Chairez, Azael Gomez, Neo Chairez, Leo Lopez, Adamaris Gomez, Miguel Lopez, Marcos Lopez and Julian Lopez; and his grandchildren, Lailani and Christopher Saiz.
