Graveside service for Mona Kay Crow, 82, of Morton, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 10, at Morton Memorial Cemetery with Douglas Hale officiating.
The family will receive guests from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday, February 9, at Ellis Funeral Home in Morton.
She passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021, in Roswell, New Mexico.
Mona was born September 26, 1938, in Dora, New Mexico, to Lauvell and Pansy Richards Evans.
She married Noel Crow January 1, 2003, in Lubbock.
Mona graduated from Dora High School in 1956.
She was the Deputy County Clerk in Chavez County for many years, retiring in 2001.
Mona was a member of the Morton Senior Citizens Center and Eastside Church of Christ in Morton.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mona was preceded in death by a son, Ed Bowley; and her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Noel of Morton; her two daughters, Nola Miller and husband, Tim, of Roswell and Susan Coffman and husband, Joel, of Marietta, Georgia; daughter-in-law, Zandra Bowley of Andrews; three step-sons: Dwayne Crow and wife, Teresa, of Campbell, Scott Kelley and wife, Margo, of Gilbert, Arizona and Shawn Kelley and wife, Jonie, of Moseley, Virgina; two step-daughters, Arlene Monroe of Austin and Teresa Tipton and husband, Ken, of Agency, Iowa; sister, Marie Hale and husband, Doug, of Lubbock; brother, Thurston Evans of Dora, New Mexico; 13 grandchildren: Alycia Wright, Shaina Blair, Matt Bowley, Alana Rivera, Bryttany Miller, Amber Coffman, Steve Zaehler, Natasha Crow, Rebekah Noncarrow, Holly Bodmier, April Brashear, Jacob Loveless and Whitney Santi; and four great-grandchildren: Slay Bowley, Lane Wright, Anna Rose Blair and Colton Wright.
Masks will be required at the visitation and the service.
