Special agents with the Department of Public Safety executed a search warrant Wednesday, resulting in the arrest of two people for manufacture, delivery, of a controlled substance between four and 200 grams.
The search warrant was executed Wednesday in the 500 block of 12th Street.
According to the arrest warrant, agents found two individuals upon entry of the home, Jason C. Martinez, 44; and Evonne Morin, 44.
Initially, agents located a bag containing 1.25 grams of methamphetamine and a small bag containing marijuana.
In the kitchen, agents located individually wrapped amounts of methamphetamine, 4.07 grams and 1.14 grams.
The residence is located within 1,000 feet of the Levelland Intermediate School, enhancing the offense to manufacture, delivery, of a controlled substance between four and 200 grams in a drug free zone.
Both individuals are being held at the Hockley County Jail on a bond of $10,000 each for the charged offense.
