She was such a beautiful soul..I had the pleasure of being Kisha’s staff and friend. Not a day I ever saw her went by that she didn’t shine that beautiful smile, even on bad days she would always smile and laugh. She made it worth coming to work everyday, in fact, she made it not feel like work, and more like home. She was so sweet and full of love. The biggest heart I know. She always helped her housemates in any way she could, especially her roommate, she never said no when they asked. As well as her staff, she was always offering to help in anyway she could. On any given Monday you could find her in the kitchen making a delicious meal and she always saved me a dessert she’d bake so I could try it. And each time was better than before I must say. She was an excellent cook! We played the same game on our tablets and she would always rub it in how close she was getting to beating me. I’d even quit playing a couple of weeks so she could catch up and give me some competition. We’d sit outside and talk and talk and she would always have me laughing no matter what, she was full of life. She got me hooked on 2pac and I eventually learned all the words to like 3 of his songs.. and I cannot hear the song “I will always love you-by Whitney Houston” because I always think of her, (We’d listen to it 10 times a day) and I would be like girlll its our jam and she would always say “that song is for your man” and everytime it came on we would look at each other and just laugh. Everyday people leave this Earth and in my job it’s not uncommon, but people like Lakisha leave a mark in our hearts that truly hurts when they leave us. She was a special lady and very, very loved and I wanna say thank you to her family for trusting us with her care. We loved her ❤ I loved her♡
