State v. Raymond Delgado, convicted for the offense of possession of a controlled substance penalty group one, less than one gram. Punishment assessed included confinement for two years, probation for three years, a fine of $500 and restitution in the amount of $180.

State v. Raymond Delgado, adjudicated for the possession of a controlled substance penalty group one, 1-B, between one gram and four grams.

State v. Juan Ruiz, probation revoked for the offense of assault of a family, household member with a previous conviction IAT. Punishment assessed included confinement for four years and a fine of $1,500.

State v. Daniel Galvan, deferred for the offense of evading arrest, detention with a vehicle. Punishment assessed included probation for seven years and a fine of $3,500.
