Early voting for the November 5 election began October 21 and will end November 1.
Voting locations include: Hockley County Election Office, 911 Austin Street, Levelland. From Oct. 21 to Oct. 25, the office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. On Oct. 26, the office will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. On Oct. 27, the office will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. From Oct. 28 to Nov. 1, the office will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Ropes City Hall, 107 Hockley Main, Ropesville. The office will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday through Friday.
Anton City Hall, 400 Spade Circle, Anton. The office will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday through Friday.
Sundown City Hall, 809 S. Slaughter, Sundown. The office will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday through Friday.
Ballots will be located within the Sunday, October 27 issue for community members.
Hockley County Elections Administrator Jody Rose says they have had a positive turnout with 810 voters on the first day of early voting.
