2024 THUNDER ON THE PLAINS - The 18th Annual Thunder on the Plains Car Show was held this past weekend with car enthusiasts beginning the weekend with the evening cruise throughout Levelland and the Poker Run on Friday. Community members brought lawn chairs and watched various types of cars and trucks cruise down Avenue H and Houston. The car show and burnout competition was held Saturday with a large number of entries taking part in the car show.
