Area barrel racers continue to compete in the Betty’s Barrel Racer events held at the Mallet Event Center in Levelland.
The events hosted by or associated with the Betty Barrel Racer are a general name for various barrel racing competitions and serve as a community hub and resource connection for the rodeo community throughout West Texas, Most events are held in Levelland, Lubbock, Seminole and Andrews and the general area throughout the year.
Upcoming Betty’s Barrel Racer vents at the Mallet will be held on Oct. 8, Nov. 5, Nov. 15-16 (TSTR), Dec. 3, and Dec. 6 (NFR race).
