A total of 214 building permits have been issued by the City of Levelland totaling roughly $10 million while 25 permits were issued during June totaling $1.5 million.
Four single-family permits have been issued this year for a total of $825,000. Two business building permits were issued for roughly $1.8 million this year as well.
Five dwelling permits have been issued in the year for a total of $525,898. Four business permits were issued in the year for $360,001. Eleven Certificate of Occupancy’s was issued in the year of June for $330 while two permits were issued in the month for $60. In the other category, 188 permits were issued in the year of June for roughly $6.4 million while 23 permits were issued in the month for roughly $1.5 million.
Additionally, two structures were demolished in the month of June and 24 have been demolished this year. Two water connections have been made for the month of June and five water connections have been made for the year. The building permit issued in May are as follows:
