Consider and take necessary action authorizing the collection of a credit card transaction fee to the residents who choose to use credit or debit card for payments, rather than allocating these costs to all taxpayers; Consider and take necessary action on building permits; Engineer Report; Report on Fire Department – facilities; Report on Water/Wastewater – facilities; Approve the Financial
