- TxDOT will pick back up with their construction of College Avenue on Monday, March 17. Crews will begin setting barricades from McDonald’s (College Ave and Houston) north to Highway 114 on Monday, followed by a milling maching beginning work on Tuesday. Community members and commuters are asked to be vigilant as contractor vehicles and equipment will be moving throughout the area. The road way will be down to one lane, each traveling north and southbound. As of March 14, it has not been determined if the traffic will be pushed to the east or west first.
