Fire Report

5/12/25 - 9:45 P.M. - LEVELLAND

The LFD were dispatched to the 900 block of Robin Road in regard to a gas odor at a residence. Units arrived on scene and ran the tri gas monitor. Atmos arrived on scene and the scene was released to them.

5/7/25 – 10 A.M. – LEVELLAND

The LFD received a call reporting a motor vehicle accident rollover near the 4900 block of Highway114. Upon arrival, fire personnel found the vehicle on its side and the patient was standing out of the window. The window and windshield was removed. The LFD stayed to direct traffic until they were released by the HSO.

5/6/25 – 8 P.M. – LEVELLAND

The LFD received a call about a gas meter being struck behind a residence around the 600 block of Cherry. Upon arrival, the meter was damaged and leaking around the damaged area. Atmos was dispatched and the gas was turned off.

5/5/25 – 11 P.M. – LEVELLAND

The LFD received a page for a tank battery on fire around Maine and Dallas Road. Upon arrival, an oil field representative was on scene shutting the well as the LFD were unable to make it due to flooding. LFD was informed by Texland representatives they were able to shut down wells.

5/3/25 – 3 P.M. – LEVELLAND

The LFD received a call about a structure fire around the 3900 block of Foster. Dispatch advised of a well house on fire approximately 15 to 20 feet from a residential structure. Upon arrival, a water well house was completely burned to the ground. Fire crews remained until all hot spots were extinguished. There were no injuries and no damage to any other structures in the vicinity.
