Hockley Commissioners announce regular meeting

    The Hockley County Commissioners’ Court will be holding a regular meeting Monday, October 6, in the Commissioners’ Courtroom.

    The regular meeting will begin at 9 a.m. beginning with: -Read for approval the minutes for the regular meeting held at 9 a.m. on Monday, September 29; -Read for approval all monthly bills and claims submitted to the Court dated through October 6; -Hear the monthly public assistance report; -Consider and take action to approve the Notice of Election for the Constitutional Amendment Election on November 4; -Consider and take action on quote for Ballot Redaction Software for the Hockley County Elections Office from Enhanced Voting; -Consider and take necessary action concerning Group Retiree Health Care Program Renewal for 2026; -Consider and take necessary action to approve the Continuation Certificate for Stephanie Tienda, Clerk, Hockley County Justice of the Peace Precinct 5.
