The Hockley County Commissioners’ Court will be holding a regular meeting Monday, July 7 beginning at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Courtroom.
Agenda items set for the meeting include: Read for approval the minutes of the June 30 regular meetings held at 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.; Read for approval all monthly bills and claims submitted to the Court dated through July 7; Hear the monthly Public Assistance Report; Hear an update from Bill Powell concerning South Plains Community Action and consider and take necessary action to approve Resolution 2025-3, which recognizes the services and contributions of South Plains Community Action Association Inc. to the citizens of Hockley County; Consider and take necessary action to approve the Contract and Agreement between Hockley County and the City of Littlefield concerning ambulance services; and Consider and take necessary action to approve the Final Plat for Lots 18-30, Quail Road Estates, an Addition to Hockley County, Texas, out of Labor 11, League 3, Jones County School Land, located in Precinct 1.
