The Hockley County Commissioners’ Court will be holding a regular meeting beginning at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Courtoom.
Agenda items include: Read for approval the minutes for the regular meeting held on July 7; Read for approval all monthly bills and claims submitted to the Court dated through July 14; Consider and take necessary action to approve the proposal from Red River Remediation, LLC to supply equipment, labor, materials, disposal, documentation, environmental insurance, supervision and labor required to complete the asbestos removal at 710 Ave. H; Consider and take necessary action to approve the proposal number 24111943 from Prenviro to perform asbestos consulting services and air monitoring for the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials at 710 Ave. H; and Review a letter from South Plains Forensic Pathology regarding termination of services for autopsy services for legal authorities.
