The Hockley County Commissioners’ Court will be holding a special meeting Monday, March 10, beginning at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Courtroom located at the Hockley County Courthouse.
Agenda items slated for the meeting include: Read for approval the minutes for the regular meeting held March 3; Read for approval all monthly bills and claims submitted to the Court dated through March 10; Discussion and potential action concerning the presentation brought by Texas Homeland Security regarding quote for replacement of the intercom system at the Hockley County Jail to be purchased through the buyboard; Discussion and potential action concerning tabled item nine from an agenda dated February 24, regarding the annual User Agreement between Hockley County and VideoMagistrate regarding software to be used each of the four Justice of the Peace offices; Consider and take necessary action to approve the Continuation Certificate for Mariah Hernandez, Clerk, Justice of the Peace, Precinct 5; and Consider and take necessary action to approve Ad Valorem tax refunds.
