The Hockley grand jury for the 286th District Court convened on Dec. 3 and handed down 11 indictments. Those indicted were: Niko Rubalcava, DOB 3/ 20/1995, charged with prohibited substances and CCF (correctional or civil commitment facility), and possession of a controlled substance); Rita Conzales, DOB 5/ 12/1976, charged with PCS/ tampering with evidence; Ernes Sustaita, DOB 4/ 20/1997, charged with theft of a firearm and unlawful possession of firearm by felon; Terry Lunford, DOB 5/ 18/1981, charged with obstruction and/or retaliation; Jeremiah Lomas, DOB 12/20/1990, charged with burglary of a building; Jose Andres Romero, DOB 3/2/1999, charged with Aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;
Rylie Gutherie, DOB 3/ 19/2004, charged with evading arrest with a motor vehicle; John Anzonvino, DOB 11/05/1979, charge with burglary of a building and possession of controlled substance; Zoey Ramos, DOB 9/08/ 2003, charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicle; Bruce Hancock, DOB 12/05/1964, charged with possession of controlled substance; Misgna Teweldemedhim, DOB 9/09/1982, charged with evading with motor vehicle.
