Consider and take necessary action to approve the Order to Approve the Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 88755 and approve bank depository; Consider and take action to approve Election Judges for a 2year term beginning September 2024; Consider and take action to approve moving the polling location for Precinct 33 from the Old Sanders Hardware building in Pettit, Texas to the St. Philip Neri Catholic Church Parish Hall in Pep, Texas; Consider and take necessary action to approve the Sheriff and Constables Fees for 2025; and Consider and take necessary action to approve road crossings for Beryl Oil and Gas, LP on Boston Road, Spain road, Atlanta Road and USA Road, all located in Precinct 4.
