The Levelland Community Development Corporation (LCDC) will be holding a regular meeting Monday, June 30, beginning at 6 p.m. at City Hall in meeting room one.
The agenda items set for the meeting include: Consider and take necessary action to approve the minutes of the March 24 meeting; Consider and take necessary action on the selection of LCDC Officers: President, Vice President, and Secretary; Consider and take necessary action to approve the Fiscal Year 2023 Audit; Consider and take necessary action on the LCDC Financial Report as of May 31;
Consider and take necessary action on needed repairs or replacement on the retaining wall and walking trail at Brashear Lake, and authorizing the City Manager to take the necessary steps to implement such repairs or replacement; Fiscal Year 2025 Project Updates; Discussion on youth leagues; Discussion on the FY 26 Annual Budget; Discussion on next meeting date; Staff Report; and Adjournment.
