The Levelland City Council will be holding a regular meeting on Oct. 20, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
Action items to be considered include a payment request from AMERESCO for $89,948.18 for the water meter project on the contract approved between the City and AMERESCO in October 2024; and a payment request from MH Civil Constructors, Inc. for $502,444.93 for the new 1.8 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant for the contract approved between the City and MH Civil Constructors on May 5.
Additionally, the council is expected to consider and take action on the board appointment process and staff holidays for 2026.
The city manager is also on the agenda to report on staff updates, project updates, staff and citizen recognition and items of community interest.
Council members may convene into executive session to consider and take necessary action on related items in the executive session if necessary.
