LEVELLAND POLICE DEPARTMENT - The LPD promoted Det. Miranda to the rank of Detective at the last city council meeting. Det. Miranda grew up in Wolfforth and attended South Plains College earning her degree in Law Enforcement Technology and graduated from the SPC Law Enforcement Academy in 2022. She began her career with the LPD and has been with the department for three years.
