The City of Levelland Zoning Board of Adjustments (ZBA) will be holding a public hearing Tuesday, June 10, beginning at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
The Board will consider a request for a variance on a car port for 310 Pine Street. Legal: L & B (LEV), Block 5 Lot 5 Undivided Interest 50.0% to allow carport – open unencumbered side to be built in the front yard setback in a SF-1 zone, said request having been submitted by property owners Martinez, Jose. All interested parties will be afforded an opportunity to be heard at that time.
