Tuesday: Spaghetti w/meat sauce, Italian vegetables, broccoli, garlic toast and Autumn Jell-O-.

Wednesday: Homemade turkey pot pie, whole wheat roll/ margarine, seasoned corn, tossed salad w/dressing and Ambrosia.

Thursday: Navy bean & ham soup, sweet potatoes, turnip greens, cornbread and cherry cobbler.

Friday: Breaded fish on bun, lettuce, tomato & pickle, potato wedges/lo cal tartar sauce and peach chantilly.

All meals served w/low fat milk, tea or coffee.

COCHRANCOUNTY Monday: Polish sausage, red cabbage/sweet & sour sauce, German potato salad, wheat roll and black forest parfait.

Tuesday: King Ranch casserole, (vegetables & corn tortilla in entree), pinto beans, pineapple ring and sugar cookie.

Wednesday: Smothered steak, mashed potatoes, mixed greens, wheat roll and peach short cake.

Thursday: BBQ chicken breast, smothered potatoes, carrot & raisin salad, wheat roll and sliced apples.

Friday: Pollack wedge / lemon, lima beans, coleslaw/raisin, cornbread and lemon cookie.
