SPC Regents announce regular meeting agenda

The South Plains College Board of Regents will be holding a regular meeting April 10, beginning at 12:30 p.m., in the Board of Regents Room located in the Administration Building.

Agenda items slated for the meeting include: Prayer; Pledge of Allegiance; Approve minutes; Public comment; Administer Oath of Office – Board of Regents Position #2; Employee Satisfaction Survey Results; Proposed Employment List 2025-2026; Vice President for Academic Affairs will provide updates on Texan to Red Raider Transfer Summit Report and Dental Hygiene; Vice President for Student Affairs will report on the 2025 2nd 8-week enrollment, 2024-2025 Q2 Title IX Report, and Approval of Policy GD – Use of College Facilities, including Recreation Facilities (BP); Vice President for Business Affairs will touch base on Tax Office and Financial reports; The President’s report will consist of construction updates, Consideration of Approval of Dome Court Resurfacing, Consider Approval for RFP for Women’s Complex Electrical, Consider Insurance Renewal Process, Consider Moving Regular May 8 Meeting to 4:00 p.m., and updates on year-end events such as, retirement reception, student awards ceremony, employee banquet, and graduation.
