As Spring sports near, the Levelland Parks Department has begun prepping the Oxy Sports Complex for community youth leagues to play on the fields along with softball and baseball tournaments that have been scheduled for the Spring and Summer. Parks Director Dustin Reichelt added that little things are on the to-do list, but everything should be ready to go for the upcoming leagues. First up will be the Levelland Youth Baseball League kicking off things with Opening Day scheduled for March 3. Levelland Youth Softball will follow with games set to begin April 1. Also, the Levelland Soccer Club will be holding their Spring season on the fields north of the complex. The season is set to begin March 29.
