The Sundown City Council will be holding a regular meeting Tuesday, January 14, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers located at City Hall.
Agenda items set for the meeting include: Call to Order; Pledge of Allegiance Citizen appearances; Approval of the December 9 meeting minutes;
Action items including a USG follow-up with John Hoffman and Courtney Thompson, a Zoning Commission public hearing beginning at 5:45 p.m., a Zoning-Single Family District public hearing beginning at 6 p.m. and an Order of Election for three council members; Payment of monthly expenditures for December 2024; Review the City Administrator’s Report which includes building inspections with electric, plumbing and building codes and parked and junk vehicles working with the PD, court and tow service; and Adjourn.
