The Sundown City Council will be holding its regular meeting on Jan. 13 at 5: 30 p.m.
The mayor is expected to make a statement regarding appropriate conduct at council meetings.
Department updates from public works, the library, police department, fire department and other agencies are expected to be presented.
Agenda action items to be considered include updating the agreement with the Government Capital Securities Corporation as the city’s municipal advisor; Resolution #188 expressing official intent to reimburse up to $500,00 in costs for water system improvements, vehicles and equipment for the Public Works Department and Sundown VFW.
The council is also expected to consider and act on an order of election for the mayor and two council member positions and consider the quarterly financial and investment reports, and payables for the month of December.
The city administrator is also expected to report to the council on current city projects.
