The Sundown City Council will be holding a regular meeting Tuesday, November 19, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall.
Agenda items slated for the meeting include: Call to Order; Invocation; Citizen appearances; Department updates; Approval of the Oct. 15 regular meeting minutes;
USG - follow up information; Resolution No. 18, authorizing the submission of a Texas community development block grant program application to the Texas Department of Agriculture for the community development fund;
Resolution No. 182, Texas adopting the states covered applications and prohibited technology policy; Jim Lewis, right away; Collins Addition lots financing update;
Carter Addition lots update and take action to set minimum bid; Ordinance No. 597 budget amendment FY 23-24; Payables for the month of October 2024; City Administrator to report to Council on current city projects: Cemetery Christmas Party on December 6; and Adjourn.
