The Sundown City Council will be holding its regular meeting Tuesday, April 15, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers located at Sundown City Hall.
Agenda items slated for the meeting include: Call to order; Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance; Citizen appearances; Updates from public works, library, PD, Fire and City Hall; Approval of minutes for the March 11 regular meeting and the March 25 special meeting; Action items include a USG update, awarding bids for the Sundown Carter lots, discuss and take action for Ordinance No. 606, dissolving parks board advisory committee, review resolutions No. 108 and No. 109, investment policy and strategies and hear the quarterly financial and investment reports; Approve monthly expenditures for March; and Hear the Administrator’s Report which will include a street sweeper rental item and junk vehicle program.
