The Sundown City Council will be holding their monthly regular meeting Tuesday, July 8, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers located at City Hall.
Agenda items set for the meeting include: Call to Order; Invocation; Mayor statement; Budget work session; Citizen appearances; City department updates; Approval of the June 10 minutes;
Consider Resolution No. 185 - Recognizing the services and contributions of the South Plains Community Action Association, Inc. to the citizens of the City of Sundown; Public comment on the 2024 Consumer Confidence Report; Review and approval of the quarterly financial and investment reports; Consider the payables for the month of June 2025; City Administrator’s Report City Wide Clean Up set July 26; Oil Patch Days set Aug. 9; USG Water Service; and Safe Built Ordinance for building inspections; and Adjourn.
