Third annual ‘You’re Beautiful Style Show’ approaches April 5

    The third annual You’re Beautiful Style Show will be Saturday, April 5 at 3 p.m. at the Crosby County Pioneer Memorial Museum.

    This event has become known as a way to showcase those who are battling cancer across the South Plains.

    New this year will be a gala on Friday, April 4, honoring the cancer journey of past and present models, and recognizing the event’s donors.

    The gala will also be held at the Crosby County Pioneer Memorial Museum and dinner will begin at 7 p.m. with catering from PJ’s Catering from the Heart. There will be musical entertainment. The cost for the gala is $25. Ticket sales will be open for all the fabulous raffle items. The winners will be drawn at the style show on April 5.

    There will be a comingtogether of models who are fighters and kickers of cancer following the gala.

    Styling the models in the latest spring looks will be two Crosby County retail stores, Tumbleweed Market from Ralls and Stuffology from Crosbyton.

    These cancer-fighting models are from Acuff, Crosbyton, Idalou, Levelland, Lockney, Lorenzo, Lubbock, Plainview, Quitiqua, Ralls, Round Rock, and Tahoka.

    As the men and women model, individual stories of their fight against cancer will be shared.

    The emcee for the event will be Crosbyton and KCBD’s Angie Winn. Light refreshments will be provided.

    Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Tickets are on sale now at Stuffology in Crosbyton or Tumbleweed Market in Ralls or electronically at www.styleshow.site and are a taxdeductible donation. Fabulous raffle items will be available for purchase and every entrance ticket comes with one free raffle ticket.

    Donation sponsorship is being requested from businesses and individuals on three levels: Gold Level of $300, Silver Level of $200, and Bronze Level of $100.

    These donors will be highlighted during program, advertised as supporters, and our guest at the gala.
