Levelland ISD School Board Candidates, Jeremiah Gavina for District Three and Gary Bridges for the At-Large bid will be holding a town hall meeting Tuesday, March 4.
The town hall meeting will be held at the First Evangelical Presbyterian Church located 1219 8th Street in Levelland, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The meeting is an opportunity for both candidates to hear the concerns of community members regarding the current state of LISD.
Those in attendance will be allowed the opportunity to speak. Each speaker will be allowed up to 10 minutes to voice their thoughts and concerns.
Questions and concerns can be submitted prior to the meeting that will be addressed by both candidates. At the time of making these links public, Gavina shared that all submissions from both links will be anonymous. Additionally, only Gavina and Bridges will have access to the information and no personal information will be taken.
He also added that LISD employees must not send these links to any school emails, they cannot answer these questions using school devices, and they can not answer these questions during contracted work hours to avoid ethical violations.
