CHILD ABUSE AWARENESS MONTH - The Hockley County Commissioners’ received a report from Tylyn Rushing, the president of the Hockley County Child Welfare Board, Monday morning. She informed the Commissioners of the progress the Hockley County Child Welfare Board has made in recent months. Additionally, the Commissioners approved a proclamation, proclaiming April as Child Abuse Awareness Month submitted by the Hockley County Child Welfare Board.
