Four single-family permits have been issued this year for a total of $245,000. Two business building permits were issued for roughly $1.8 million.
Three dwelling permits have been issued in the year for a total of $415,898. Two business permits were issued in the year for $325,000. One Certificate of Occupancy was issued in the month of April for $30 while nine permits were issued in the year for $270. In the other category, 39 permits were issued in the month of April for roughly $1 million while 117 permits were issued in the year for roughly $2.65 million.
Additionally, six structures were demolished in the month of April and 19 have been demolished this year. There has been one sewer connection this year and no water connections have been made.
