FOOD - Mr. Hill's Entrepreneur LHS students finished their semester by creating their own Food Truck. Students first had to create a comprehensive plan that outlined business goals, strategies, and financial projections. They had to use marketing skills learned this year to develop strategies to reach target customers, build brand recognition, and drive sales.
