The City of Levelland’s Zoning Board of Adjustments will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, May 27 at 6 p.m. located at City Hall.

The owner is requesting the accessory structure be allowed to remain at its current location; Upon which an accessory structure (shop), approximately 30'x 40' in size, was constructed in such a way that it exceeds the maximum square footage of 500, per City Ordinance Section 9.506 (h).
