HOCKLEYCOUNTY Monday: Polish sausage, red cabbage/sweet & sour sauce, German potato salad, wheat roll and black forest parfait.

Tuesday: King Ranch casserole (veg & corn tortilla in entrée), pinto beans, pineapple ring and sugar cookie.

Wednesday: Smothered steak, mashed potatoes & brown gravy, mixed greens, wheat roll and peach short cake.

Thursday: BBQ chicken breast, smothered potatoes, carrots & raisin salad, wheat roll and sliced apples.

Friday: Pollock wedge/ lemon, lima beans, coleslaw w/ raisins, cornbread and lemon cookie.

COCHRANCOUNTY Monday: Beef, macaroni & tomato casserole, lima beans, wheat roll and fruit & oatmeal bar.

Tuesday: Beef enchilada, Borracho beans, Spanish rice, coleslaw, cornbread and apricots.

Wednesday: Chicken tender w/gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, turnip greens, wheat roll and mandarin oranges.

Thursday: Spaghetti w/meat sauce, Italian vegetables, broccoli, garlic toast and Autumn Jell-O.

Friday: Hot dog on bun, baked potato w/sour cream, seasoned broccoli and pineapple gelatin.

All meals are served w/low fat milk, tea, coffee and water.
