7/2/25 – 10A.M. – HOCKLEY COUNTY
The LFD were dispatched to a second wreck near Highway 114 and Owl Road. Units arrived to everyone out of their vehicles. The LFD were advised by DPS they could clear the scene and return to the station.
7/2/25 – 8:30A.M. – HOCKLEY COUNTY
The LFD were dispatched to a report of a semi that had hydroplaned and was blocking traffic near Highway 114 and Owl Road. Upon arrival the driver was out of the truck and oriented. The LFD assisted EMS with loading the patient. Once EMS was clear the LFD remained on scene until the wrecker was on scene. All units cleared the scene and returned to town once released.
7/1/25 – 4 P.M. - HOCKLEY COUNTY The LFD was dispatch to a residence located in the 3400 block of Dallas Road for a dryer on fire. The fire was put out prior to arrival. Fire personel moved the dryer outside and checked for any additional hot spots.
