DORA GUAJARDO
Dora Caudillo Guajardo, 84, went home to be with The Lord Jesus Christ on Saturday, August 23, 2025. Services were held at 11:00AM Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Cactus Drive Church in Levelland. Interment followed at the City of Levelland Cemetery in Levelland, Texas. Dora was born May 18, 1941 in Lockhart, Tx to Marcelino and Refugia Couturier Caudillo.
She married Eloy Guajardo Sr., on November 15, 1961 in Tahoka, Tx. They moved to Levelland in 1981. She worked for TI in Lubbock, Lubbock ISD, Levelland ISD and for the Rabbit Factory in Anton, She worked in the family business Guajardo Family Farm and Ranch. She enjoyed going to church, dancing with her husband, spoiling and cooking for her grandchildren, working in her yard, and playing Bunco with the ladies of the church every month.
She is preceded in death by her parents Marcelino and Refugia Couturier Caudillo, sons Eloy Guajardo Jr., Robelin Guajardo Sr., Rene Guajardo, Jessie Guajardo Sr., brothers Vicente Caudillo Sr., Danny Caudillo, Jimmy Caudillo, Joe Caudillo, Marcelino Caudillo Jr., Robert Caudillo and sister Maria Salazar.
She is survived by her spouse of 64 years Eloy Guajardo Sr of Levelland, daughter Lisa Guajardo of Levelland, son Jessie (Victoria) Guajardo Jr. of Levelland, 18 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and sister Janie (Mike) Maldonado of Slaton. Services under the direction of Head Duarte Funeral Home.
